History of the Legends of Ranching Performance Horse Sale
We are entering our 16th year of the Legends of Ranching Performance Horse Sale and have some exciting new changes taking place.
As always, we have an outstanding group of 2 and 3 year-old horses provided to us by over twenty ranches across the United States. These young horses are assigned to students in our Horse Training and Sale Preparation class, who will work with them throughout the academic year to prepare them for our sale. We are also lucky to receive high quality aged horse consignments who nicely round out our set of sale horses presented to the public in April.
Similar to years past, our main goal with this program is to provide excellent hands-on experiences to our students, allowing them the opportunity to take part in a top notch equine industry event. Of course we could not do it without the generous and unwavering support of our consignors and sponsors!
The 2021 Events
We are excited to offer a safe and reliable way bid in this year’s sale. Our event will be live-streamed through DVAuction, where real time bidding and proxy bidding is available. Be sure to register before the event in order to be approved as a bidder!
