Dr. Dave Denniston portrait

Dr. David J. Denniston, Associate Professor, was born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO. He received his B.S. degree in Equine Science from Colorado State University (CSU), his M.S degree in Equine Reproduction from CSU, and his Ph.D in Reproductive Physiology with a minor in Molecular Biology from New Mexico State University. Dr. Denniston has been involved in research including horses, cattle and sheep and currently works primarily in the Equine Sciences Program at CSU. Dr. Denniston has held several positions in his tenure at CSU since 2001 including teaching, research, outreach, and extension. Currently, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Animal Sciences and serves on numerous national committees as an outreach service to the university and industry.
